Slight <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">modification which does not change the idea of the abstract is also allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Poster size and format<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Poster must be submitted in PDF format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">It is recommended to make your poster in PowerPoint (Landscape or Portrait) and then <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">save it as a PDF before uploading it to link provided.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Make sure that you do not exceed the limit of 5 PPT slides for your E-Poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\"><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\"><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Your Information<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">The top of the Poster should display, in the lettering of 18 Bold (Times New Roman), the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">following information: Title of your Paper, Name(s) of the Author(s) and Affiliation(s).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Lettering<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Kindly use both UPPER and lower case letters for general content, as all-capital text is difficult <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">to read. It is recommended to use 14 Times New Roman font style for the content of the poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Make sure there is enough contrast between the colour of the text and the poster\u2019s background.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Text and presentation should be in ENGLISH only.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Content of the Poster<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Make sure that the specific sections (such as the background, methods, results, and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">conclusions) are easy to locate in the poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Try to keep the text easy to read and concise. The poster should have a clear message, a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">logical layout and be easy to comprehend.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Avoid the use of full sentences and rather use short text in bullet point format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Avoid using watermarks that may detract from the readability of your poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Illustrations<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Illustrations are the most important part of the poster and will attract the most attention. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Colourful charts and graphs are the easiest to read.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Explanatory illustrations should be used <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">instead of text whenever possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">Use only static images and do not embed any videos or animation in your poster.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;color: #000000\">Try to utilize the space on your poster as creatively as you can to attract the audience and make sure that the images are easy to understand.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Kindly send your poster in &lt;title.name&gt;.pdf format to ijaf2022@utm.my<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">RELEASE OF THE POSTER<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">All the posters will be uploaded to the IJAF2022 Meeting App by the conference <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">secretariat. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">In order to transfer the copyright release of your Electronic-Poster to IJAF2022 you are <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;font-size: medium\">required to complete the electronic release form.
