REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PAYMENT
Below are details on registration process and payment for local participant

- Complete registration and full payment should be made before 15th January 2022 to entitle the invitation for the event.
- Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.
- An invoice bill will be sent to each participant through e-mail upon of completed registration. Participants will be charged on rate accordingly.
- Payment can be made online via:
- Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) (please state “No Bil Tuntutan” from the Invoice Bill issued at the Reference Field of your Online Banking portal before submitting) ;
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT);
- Local Cheque (cheque should be crossed and made payable to BENDAHARI UTM);
- JOM PAY (Biller code 2592, Ref1: Debtor’s Code, Ref2: Invoice Number); or
- UTMSmart Application (currently not available).

- Participants are encouraged to send the proof of payment to ijaf2022@utm.my for payment processing. A confirmation of payment (UTM Official Receipt) will be sent after the full payment received.
- Participants from Federal Government/States Government/Local Auhorities/Statutory Bodies (inclusive of Agencies and Local Institutions) can request to made payment via e-Perolehan or Local Order (LO) (if applicable).
- Participants from UTM, payment can be made via Internal Invoice (Invois Dalaman).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION
Registration Entitlement:
- Registration fee includes full online access for all sessions and conference materials.
- All payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) (for international participant will be based on your currency rate).
Cancellation & Refund Policies:
There will be no refund for cancellation of registration. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the IJAF 2022 Secretariat via e-mail at ijaf2022@utm.my or fax to (606) 974 2998.
Liability:
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law. We kindly ask you to authorise us by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the conference.
